Brief synopsis

 The events described in the 10 chapters, 159 pages and 70,000 words of this composistion named 'Our Thassos Dream come true' - Volume 2 - The later years....... tells the story of the actual account of our journey from visit 13 to our dream Thassos Island and subsequent trips to this idylic location. Visits 1 to 12 are graphically described in Volume 1 - The story so far.......

 Over the chapters of this Volume 2, I cover the finishing touches to the build of our Olive Tree House, to a time when our move from England to Thassos in Greece draws nearer.

 So much has changed since the issue of Volume 1. We have made more friends and discovered more about our paradise island.

 Many more changes and improvements have occurred at Olive Tree House, in our quest and preparation for our future lives in our Greek community.

 You will see that we now have Greek residency, endured an eventful experience of the unpredictable Northern Aegean weather and much more.

 I am at present working on Volume 3 - The final chapters, of the 'Our Thassos Dream' books  trilogy, which will document our experiences as the  time draws nearer for us to leave the English shores for our new adventures on Thassos Island. Included will be more trips to Thassos, preparations for the big move, the actual time when we take the plunge and our times during the settling in period of life permanently in our Greek Thassian community.
